Banner Builders, also known as the "Ladies in Hats," use their gifts and talents to enhance the sanctuary and halls of the campus.  The banners are designed to help communicate the message of the liturgical season.  The service of the Banner Builders supports faithful Word and Sacrament Ministry at St. Paul.
